The Frangipani Grants

The Foundation has agreed to allocate additional funds annually, in a discretionary fund, to be called the FRANGIPINI
GRANTS. The discretionary funds provide the Patrons, Anthony and Kerrie Clarke, access to grant money to support
athletes in extraordinary situations, hardship cases, excessive travel commitments, injury and illness cases, situations
unseen, and so forth.

The Frangipani Grants will help supprt an additional number of athletes who may face adversity and/or financial
setbacks which may make it difficult to fully realise their sporting achievements.

Final 2012 Frangipani Grants Now Awarded!

The Donnica Clarke Foundation Board of Directors have presented two young local Rugby Union Players
and a budding young Acrobatic Gymnast with grants from the newly formed Frangipani Grants program.

Twins Jacob and Daniel Saifiti, who attend St. Edwards College, have been selected to represent the NSW
Combined Catholic Colleges team in the Under 15 National Championships to be held in Perth later in June this year.

Each player had to find approximately $2000 to pay for airfares etc., and both would have had great difficulty
in doing this without the assitance from the Donnica Clarke Foundation, together with help from their
local club, Terigal Sharks.

The Foundation congratulates both Jacob and Daniel for their selection and wishes them the best of luck in the
National Championships.
